Reprint/Refunds Policy

In the event that you receive a defective product, you must Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the product(s). A picture of the defect must be provided for our assessment. A representative will contact you as soon as possible to determine if a reprint of the product is deemed necessary. In the event that you in fact received a defective product you will have the choice of a reprint with expedited printing, store credit or a full refund.

Prestige Color Printing prints using industry standard CMYK print method and does not provide color matching unless otherwise stated on certain products such as Giclee Prints, Canvas and Metal prints which will be printed using RGB mode for accurate color matching.


Prestige Color Printing ships via UPS. Certain products may also be shipped via FedEx and USPS. The most economical shipping method will be used for products qualifying for Free Shipping. All products will be shipped at the time of their completion and may arrive separately. Shipping rates are based on your location and the shipping method in which you choose which will be calculated automatically by UPS.

Prestige Color Printing is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages due to weather, holidays, natural disasters or acts of God. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. In the event your package needs to be redelivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, the cost of the shipping will be incurred by you. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Printing

Rush Printing refers to the production time only. Please note that Rush Printing does not effect the shipping time. If you require faster shipping please upgrade your shipping method during checkout.
