Reprint/Refunds Policy

In the event that you receive a defective product, you must Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the product(s). A picture of the defect must be provided for our assessment. A representative will contact you as soon as possible to determine if a reprint of the product is deemed necessary. In the event that you in fact received a defective product you will have the choice of a reprint with expedited printing, store credit or a full refund.

Prestige Color Printing prints using industry standard CMYK print method and does not provide color matching unless otherwise stated on certain products such as Giclee Prints, Canvas and Metal prints which will be printed using RGB mode for accurate color matching.

Shipping

All orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. The most economical shipping method will be used for products qualifying for free shipping. If you need to upgrade you shipping method, please Contact Us immediately. Upgraded shipping will be billed separately via invoice.

Prestige Color Printing is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages due to weather, holidays, natural disasters or acts of God. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. In the event your package needs to be redelivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, the cost of the shipping will be incurred by you. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Printing

Rush Printing refers to the production time. Adding Rush Printing will not speed up the delivery time when your order is shipped. If you require a faster shipping method other than Economy/Ground, please Contact Us immediately. Note that upgraded shipping will incur a separate fee depending on the shipping method you choose. You will be billed separately for the upgraded shipping via invoice.
